Privacy policy

We collect what an order needs and the address to send letters to. Nothing else, and nothing sold onward.

What we keep

Your name, delivery address, phone number and email, for as long as we are legally required to keep order records. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.

Letters

If you subscribe, we keep your email until you unsubscribe. Every letter carries an unsubscribe link, and we do not share the list.

Asking us to delete it

Write to hello@raaya.com and we remove everything we are not legally obliged to retain.
