Shipping & returns
Everything is packed and shipped from the Jaipur atelier. Complimentary above ₹5,000, with two samples in every parcel.
Dispatch
Orders leave within 48 hours. Engraved 100 ml bottles placed before 2pm IST are cut the same day and ship the next.
Delivery
Two to five working days across India. A tracking reference is emailed when the parcel is collected.
Returns
Unopened bottles may be returned within fourteen days for a full refund. Engraved bottles and opened samples cannot be returned — the engraving is cut for one person.
If something arrives broken
Write to hello@raaya.com with a photograph within 48 hours and we replace it, no return required.
